The Innovation Council, Entrepreneurship, and Research Development Cell of Sresakthimayeil
of Nursing and Research (JKKN Educational Institutions) organized a Workshop on Business Model Canvas (BMC) on May 2nd, 2023, at 10:30 AM. The resource person for the session was Mr. Vivek, the proprietor of Shamyuktha Pharma and Managing Director of Lemurik Health Care Pvt Ltd, Chairman of Bhavani Medical Centre and Care one Medical Care Private Ltd. The session started with a prayer song, followed by a welcome address given by Dr. Elanchezhiyan S, the Principal of JKKN Dental College and Hospital. A total of 150 BSC(N), Nursing, AHS, and Dental students and 10 faculty members participated in the session. Mr. Vivek explained the idea of constructing a value proposition canvas, building a business model canvas, and framing an environmental map, including customer segments, value proposition, customer relationship channels, and cost structure. The students actively participated in the session and gained knowledge on the Business Model Canvas. A discussion session was conducted, and the session concluded with a vote of thanks by Mrs. Srinaina, a Physician Assistant in the AHS department.
