Introduction
The students of Sresakthimayeil Institute of Nursing and Research, Kumarapalayam, participated in a Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training Program organized by the Erode Government Hospital on 14th October 2025. The training aimed to enhance the students’ knowledge and practical skills in performing life-saving CPR techniques during medical emergencies.
Program Highlights
The session was led by experienced medical professionals and emergency care experts from Erode Government Hospital. The program began with an informative lecture on the importance of CPR in saving lives, followed by a demonstration of the correct techniques for adults, children, and infants.
Students were given hands-on training using CPR manikins, allowing them to practice the compression and breathing techniques under the supervision of the trainers.
