WORLD HEALTH DAY

World Health Day Celebration On the occasion of World Health Day, observed on 8th April 2026, students of Sree Sakthimayeil Institute of Nursing and Research actively participated in a meaningful awareness program conducted at Erode Government Hospital. The students presented a powerful mime show highlighting important health themes such as hygiene, maternal care, and the importance of preventive healthcare. Through expressive actions and silent storytelling, the performance effectively conveyed strong messages to the public, creating awareness without the use of words. The initiative was well-received by patients, caregivers, and hospital staff, making the event impactful and memorable. This activity reflects the commitment of nursing students towards community health promotion and public education.
