What is the eligibility criteria for B.Sc Nursing at JKKN?

Candidates must have passed 10+2 (HSC) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English with a minimum aggregate of 45% (40% for SC/ST/OBC). Applicants must also be NEET-UG qualified and at least 17 years old as on 31st December of the admission year.

Is NEET mandatory for B.Sc Nursing admission?

Yes. As per Indian Nursing Council (INC) and Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University regulations, NEET-UG qualification is mandatory for admission to B.Sc Nursing in Tamil Nadu from the 2025-26 academic year onwards.

What is the eligibility for M.Sc Nursing?

Candidates must hold a B.Sc Nursing or Post Basic B.Sc Nursing degree from an INC-recognized institution with a minimum 55% aggregate, valid Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) registration, and at least one year of clinical experience after registration.

What are the fees for B.Sc Nursing under Management Quota?

Management Quota annual tuition fee is ₹1,50,000 for female candidates and ₹1,75,000 for male candidates. Government Quota fees are as per Tamil Nadu government norms. Hostel, mess, and other charges are billed separately.
