Revise, do not re-learn. You studied this material and you have been practising it. The task is recall speed. Working question banks in a tired hour is more productive than reading a chapter, because it rebuilds retrieval rather than rebuilding understanding you already have.
Use the ward deliberately. The condition you managed this morning is a question on the paper. Two minutes of mental review after a procedure is revision that costs you no additional time, and it is the advantage a working candidate has over anyone else sitting the exam.
Sequence by weight, not by comfort. Medical-surgical first because it carries the most marks, then midwifery and child health, then community and mental health, then foundations. Most candidates do the reverse and reach the largest block with the least time.
Protect the small subjects. They are finite, they are frequently skipped, and they are the cheapest marks available.
Build the plan from the roster backwards. Night-shift weeks get light question practice; off-duty blocks get the heavy subjects and full timed papers.
Sit at least a few full-length timed papers. Not for the score — to find out what your pace does to your accuracy when you are three-quarters through and tired. That is the failure mode this exam punishes.
